Becoming Successful Quickly

SuccessMany people believe that successful people have secrets or know how to do  something they don’t. While this may be the case to some degree all successful people share one thing in common that everyone on planet earth shares.   The ability to control what they think about – This is very important as most people go through their day and just think about whatever and allow their minds to wonder.   The most successful people in life use their minds and thoughts to reach success in the quickest manner possible. After many conversations with leaders and millionaires I’ve found  few things you can do in 5 min a day to become successful and enrich your life.

The 5 Minute List to Success

1. Visualization -  This step is so important that I had to list it as number 1.   People don’t realize the power behind this simple 5 min exercise.   The more you can paint a picture of your ideal life or your goals or whatever it is that you want the more likely it will happen.   When you can hold images if success in your mind (whatever you deem to be success) your thoughts and actions will start to align you with what you want.   It only takes 5 min a day to sit down and visualize about your goals in life and what you want.   If you do this daily you will see results all around you and your mood and thoughts will become success oriented.

2.  Be Grateful - Take 5 minutes out of your day to be grateful for something.  It doesn’t matter what it is just find one thing in your day that you can be grateful for.  The ability to see, walk, talk, eat, etc.   It can be the fact that you have decided to take control of your life by controlling your thoughts.  That’s something to be grateful for, it can be that you have a job, a roof over our head, food in the refrigerator.  It can even be that its a beautiful day and your grateful you can enjoy it.  There are countless things to be grateful for so pick something and spend 5 min feeling the joy of being grateful.

3.  I love you – This one may seem a bit odd but the most successful people in the world follow a simple rule.  Tell someone close to you daily that you love them – The Heartreason behind this is when you utter those words it releases endorphins in the human body.  Endorphins are what make you feel happy and joyful in life, its where excitement comes from.  This technique will also make the other person feel good as well thus brightening their day.    Now I know I love you only takes a few moments to say but my experiences is that it will take you about 5 min to get off the phone with the person you shared with.     This is a great great exercise and the power is behind the actual action of it not the words of I love you.   Try it!

4.  Review your Goals – All successful people have written goals weather its on paper or on a computer you must have written goals of what you want.  The reason is you need to have them out of your head so you can visually review them daily.   Every day you should read your goals and know what they are and that you are working towards them.   This is a very important thought here – when you are looking at your goals and reviewing you want to think to yourself that you are working towards your goals.  This action of thought and repetitive autosuggestion will start to flow into your subconscious mind and will start to become the dominating thought in your mind.   By knowing your working towards your goals your confidence will change and so will your outlook on life.   It only takes 5 min to review your goals but the power it creates last the whole day and beyond.

5. Get Happy – Seems simple enough but is more complicated than it may sound.  Every day and again it only takes 5 min to do this find something to be happy about.  NiceSmileMake sure that your state of mind and your emotions feel the happiness.   This is a great feeling to have when you review your goals or come up with an idea you think will work.   The focus here is by getting in a “Happy” state of mind your vibrations will change and so will your thoughts.   Its your thoughts that will drive you to your goals and how fast you get there.   A simple 5 min sit down to focus on getting happy and having a happy feeling will make all the difference in the world as silly as it may seem.   Most if not all successful people are Happy people but its because we make a conscious choice to be that way.   You can make that choice too…Every day  :  )

I hope this short list helps you realize that you have the power to become anything you want in life and it all starts with you.   These 5 simple steps can take you from sadness and depression with no money to Happiness beyond belief and riches to boot.   Take the 5 minutes a day to become successful and then you’ll have all the time in the world to create and be the person you’ve always wanted to be.
