Leadership is one of the qualities that is in most need throughout the world today. Unfortunately there are those folks who believe that because someone makes the most money or recruits the most people in their company that this person must be a good leader only to find out in the end that the person they were following wasn’t really living up to the standard that they were portraying in the public eye.
A modern day example of this is the trouble that Tiger Woods is experiencing right now. Here was an icon of sport brought low by his inability to discipline himself and abstain from temptation. He has now not only lost respect throughout much of the world but in fact is in the process of losing millions of dollars through cancelled sponsorships and missed endorsements.
I truly believe that creating a bond with the person you are going to follow is crucial to your success in the network marketing industry so it is incredibly important to make sure that you carefully decide who this person is going to be. You can do this by reading their writing, taking a look at what others have to say about them, and speaking to them on the phone just as you mentioned James.
