The Top Questions about Visualization
Top Visualization Questions
Visualization is one of the hardest things to accomplish when attempting to reach your goals but it can also be one of the easiest. Think of when you were a kid watching clouds and using your imagination to make shapes in your mind. As we grew older our imagination took us to even more elaborate visions of cars, clothes and the way our lives would be when we grew up.
Riches and Fame in most cases followed those visions as a child but as we became adults our imaginations started to dwindle due to work, stress, life and bills. But we can change this as adults and take back our imaginations and use them for success with Visualization. Your Imagination is the Key to Visualization Success

3 Questions Answered about Visualization
1. Do I have to Visualize to Become Successful? In simple a simple answer – YES. Every person who has gained success and become successful has used some sort of visualization in some form or another. Even the Great Frank Kern (Internet Millionaire Guru) recently spoke about visualization with Ryan Higgins and said that it was the one factor, the key if you will to his millions and his success overall in life.
You must find at least 5 min a day to use your imagination and power your visualization process. Doing this will not only help keep you ground but also keep you focused on your goals of riches, love or whatever it is that you want. If you want to be successful then YES you must visualize and the more you do it the easier it becomes and the more success you will have.
2. How do I Visualize and what do I think about? Pretty straight forward question but the answer may surprise you. The first step in visualizing is figure out what you want to think about or imagine. This means deciding what you want before you start visualizing or else you’ll be lost in general thought with no focus. I wrote a piece on this that you may want to review on Deciding What you Want One of the main keys behind visualizing is extreme focus on the outcome of your goals.
You will want to go somewhere quiet and sit in a comfortable position, you don’t have to be a Buddhist monk in the way you sit nor do you have to be rigid and not move while your visualizing. It should be a fun experience and a joyous occasion, when my alarm goes off for my personal visualization I’m excited because its fun and I’m creating my future. I would avoid laying down though as we tend to drift off to sleep when we are in calm states like this but if that’s how you like to visualize then go for it. Comfort is important here.
Now at this point its pretty simple, close your eyes and start focusing on your goals, paint a mental picture of what you want and see yourself with those things. Example: If your wanting a new home or something like that don’t visualize the how are you going to afford it, visualize and imagine yourself watching TV in your new home, cooking dinner in your new home or walking on the fresh new carpet. This type of thinking and visualization is exactly how you want to go about reaching your goals.
There are entire books and novels written to how to Visualize but plain and simple the above is all you need. Just remember to stay focused and if your thoughts drift to bills and what not promptly bring them back to your goals and how much fun your new life is going to be.
Feel Excitement!
3. How do I assign Feelings to my Visualizations? This is a big one because without the emotional connection to your visualizations your just day dreaming. Emotional Connection to your goals are one of the key factors to generating that energy of getting what you want. So how do you do it? First and foremost you must find the feeling or imagine the feeling you are going to have when you get that new car, the new home, the new lover etc.
Some of the material things are easier as you can readily go see and check those out. Go test Drive a car its fun believe it or not when your not worried about buying it just the joy of having it. Go to a few open houses and view the properties to see what you like and dislike. This action of going to these things and seeing your goals, touching them, experiencing the joy it is when your around them is what your going for.
Once you have this feeling and come on, its not that hard to feel excitement about something you want is it? If it is then maybe you don’t want that after all . But now that you have the feelings or you are imagining how it would feel to travel around the world or find your loved one you can start using those when you visualize.
A Great Tip: Start out by thinking of a time when you were having a blast in life. Maybe its a family vacation or a time out with friends and focus on that feeling of joy. Remember when you didn’t have a care in the world and you felt free and full of life. Feel that smile start to come across your face and your shoulders drop as you remember how much fun you had.
Use your memories of the laughter you shared with friends and the wishing it would never end moment. Now, Close your eyes and start to visualize your goals focusing on those good feelings, as you do this your feelings of having it will come effortlessly to you and you will start assigning positive feelings to each of your goals.
The power of Emotional Connection to our goals through Visualization will take you to heights you may have never thought possible. These questions have been asked over a thousand times in the last month and now you happen to know the answers. Make sure to help someone if you can regarding visualizing for their futures.
