Profitable Niches Made Easy
Niche Marketing can be a very fun game when you know how to play. There are so many niches out in the market place that one can go crazy just on the research alone. Its a major question that all online marketers struggle to answer at one point or another and the answer to this question can be the difference between success and failure.
That question is, how do you identify a potentially profitable niche market and Advertise in it?
There’s a lot of people that say a low competition profitable niche is impossible to find anymore. While it may not be as easy as it once was, this is far from the truth. As I mentioned earlier there are so many niches to advertise in it can boggle the mind.
In-fact using the Three steps below allows you to search broad subjects and drill down into a profitable, focused niche.
1. Finding a Low Competitive Niche
I say low competitive because you do want some competition in the niche or its not going to be a profitable one. The absence of any competition probably means it is not possible money in the niche. So the first step is to go to popular answer sites. Yahoo answers, ehow, there are a ton of them just search in Google and you should have no problem locating some. Look for questions people have been asking, and jot down ideas. You also want to visit theme based forums and read through the posts, looking for popular post and questions.
This will give you your niche ideas to start with, now you just need the keywords for them. For example suppose you found a dog forum and I use that because its super popular, and identified a popular question like “my dog barks all the time how do I stop it?” Make a list of about 5 potential phrases, three to four words long that you think someone would search for when trying to get their dog to stop barking.
2. Find a demand and Competition Sites
Take each of your potential phrases or keywords and type it into the Google search engine in quotes. Take note of the number of results in the upper right hand corner of the searh. Example: You want to focus on search terms that produces just under Five Thousand searches. This way you can focus on just those buyers and searches. Let the others fight out the million search terms, while their fighting it out you’ll be making money with good keyword search terms for your niche market.
3. – The Keyword phrases Profit Potential
We can do this by using a free keyword tool from Google, that you will find at, https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal, this is a great tool that Google lets provides for you. Don’t get lost in it though as it is only a guide, you will also want to use your own Keyword tools. When you find the search terms under the five thousand mark then you can see how many potential customers you have, you can easily see the profit potential and bid on the best keywords for your market. Or you can use those keywords for article marketing and SEO on your website or blog.
So there you have it, if you follow these steps you should be able to have many potential niche markets that you can go after.
